When you contact us - through our website form, by phone, WhatsApp or email - we may collect:

• Your contact details (phone number and/or email address)
• Any message or information you choose to include when you get in touch

You provide this information to us voluntarily. Separately, when you visit our website, some technical and usage information is collected automatically through Google's advertising tag. See "Cookies and advertising" below.

How we use your information

We will not send you marketing messages or add you to mailing lists.

Sharing your information

We do not sell, rent or trade the personal information you give us (such as your name and contact details), and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes — other than the limited technical data collected by Google's advertising tag, described below. Our website uses the Google advertising tag (Google Ads), a service provided by Google, to measure how our online adverts perform and to help us reach relevant audiences. This tag uses cookies and similar technologies to collect standard internet and usage information, such as the pages you visit, how you arrived at our site (including whether you clicked one of our adverts), the type of device and browser you use, and your approximate (city-level) location.

This information is used to measure and improve our advertising. We do not use it to identify you personally, and we do not link it to your name or contact details.
